BUCKWHEAT
In plant classification, buckwheat is known as Fagopyrum. Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat is unrelated to wheat, in spite of its name — it is not a cereal but a polygonaceae.
BUCKWHEAT FESTIVAL – 2nd EDITION
On September 16, 2023, during the Heritage Days weekend, Bertrand Larcher's team and the Maison du Sarrasin will be celebrating the Buckwheat Festival with the general public at the Breizh Café Farm in Saint Coulomb (35).
